Viewings form the next step with the aim that 100% are undertaken by a member of our experienced sales team. Buyers are qualified as to their ability to proceed with a purchase in order to keep everyone informed. Comments from these viewings are fed back so that the property owner can get an understanding of how potential buyers see their property. From this feedback recommendations can be made for the marketing strategy going forwards.
